Refund Policy

Day Pass ($2)

The Day Pass grants 24 hours of unlimited access. Because it's consumed immediately, Day Pass purchases are non-refundable once any tool has been used. If you purchased by mistake and have not used any tool, email us within 24 hours for a full refund.

Pro Monthly ($6/month)

You can cancel Pro at any time to stop future renewals. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase or of a renewal charge and have not exceeded 50 tasks in that period, we will refund that charge in full. After 7 days, renewals are non-refundable but you keep access through the end of the paid month.

How to request a refund

Email customerservice@pdfoncall.comfrom the address on your account with the date of purchase. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we will almost always resolve it faster than your bank can.
