1. The service
PDFOnCall provides browser-based PDF utilities and an optional AI chat assistant. Most tools process files locally in your browser; AI Chat sends message text to our AI provider (see the Privacy Policy).
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use PDFOnCall to process content you do not have the right to process, to circumvent copyright, to bypass DRM, or to violate any law. Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
4. Plans & billing
Free accounts get 3 tasks per day. The $2 Day Pass grants unlimited tasks for 24 hours. The $6/month Pro plan renews monthly until canceled. All prices in USD. Payments are handled by Stripe.

6. Cancellation
You can cancel Pro at any time from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing customerservice@pdfoncall.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
7. Disclaimer
PDFOnCall is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that OCR, conversion, or repair output is 100% accurate. Always verify results before relying on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PDFOnCall's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
